Sealed Tenders for the above project will be received by the Town of Fox Creek until:
11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 2, 2016
Iosegun Lake Road – From N. of 1st Avenue to N. Bdy. of the Town of Fox Creek (approximately 2.77 km)
Common Excavation 8,700 m3
Borrow Excavation – Contractor Supplied 5,000 m3
Channel Excavation 3,600 m3
Preparing Subgrade Surface (First Layer) 39,800 m2
Preparing Subgrade Surface (Second Layer) 39,600 m2
Preparing Subgrade Surface (Third Layer) 20,000 m2
Granular Base Course (Des. 2 Class 25) 24,900 tonnes
Asphalt Concrete Pavement (EPS) M1, PG 58-28 8,700 tonnes
Culverts – Supply and Install (600mm dia. C.S.P.) 434 m
This is Contractor Supply of Aggregate Contract with no option.
A Contractor Performance Evaluation will apply to this project.
Plans and specifications may be obtained from the office of the Engineer, Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure at 5681 – 70 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta.
A non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) made payable to Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure will be required for each set of documents taken. Tender documents will be available for pick up after 2:00 pm, Thursday, May 19, 2016 at the office of the Engineer and after 2:00 pm, Friday, May 20, 2016 at the Town of Fox Creek administration office.
Tenders must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total sum tendered.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any other tender will not necessarily be accepted.
