The Alberta Justice Court convened on Monday, January 25th at the Fox Creek Provincial Court. Judge J. A. Watson, presided. Scheduled to appear were 63 adults, who were facing 111 charges.
Three adults were scheduled for trial; there were seven prisoners and five youth matters. 13 warrants were issued, 22 matters were quashed, 4 charges were withdrawn and there were 52 traffic tickets.
Timothy Anderson was convicted in absence a $110 speeding fine.
Teanika Bugera was fined $1200 for a charge of driving over .08 and prohibited her drivers license for one year. Judge Watson granted her until October 31, 2016 to pay her fine.
Richard Cadotte was convicted in absence a $310 fine for operating an unregistered vehicle.
Brian James was served six month probation and a no contact order with the complaint, following an arson charge dated May 9th, 2015.
Keith Kolodychuk was convicted in absence at $110 speeding fine.
Judy Boisvert was convicted in absence at $233 fine for failure to change lanes.
Timothy Mcvety was convicted in absence a $233 fine for failure to obey traffic charge.
The next Fox Creek Provincial Court date is February 22.
