Two local companies helped raise $1000 for the Fox Creek Playschool playing a fun slo-pitch game.
There was a challenging bet for the losing team’s boss.
Rival Trucking and ProFoxx Energy Services & Rentals challenged each other to a fun “rivalry” slo-pitch game on June 10th.
Staff, friends and family met prior in the evening to enjoy a barbeque together at the ball diamonds. Each team was in good spirits and enjoyed the fun game.
Chace Lamb from Rival Trucking explained, the challenging bet was each company agreed to donate $500 towards the Fox Creek Playschool and the losing team’s boss would attend the annual Playschool Silent Auction (in November) to be auctioned as a slave for the event, wearing a tutu and a coconut bra.
This had the potential to either be Chace or Brett Lamb from Rival Trucking or Daryl Cuthill or Karl Hummel from ProFoxx Energy Services & Rentals.
There were many spectators that came out to support the teams; as did the water guns, water balloons and family pets.
Winning the game was Rivals’ team, with a home run by Brett Lamb in the bottom of the 7th inning.Print This Post
