Search Warrant Executed for Illegal Drugs

On June 13 around 11:00 pm members of the Fox Creek RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on 4 th Avenue.

Once entry was gained to the residence several individuals were arrested without incident and the residence was searched.

Seized in the residence was approximately 1.7 lbs of cannabis marihuana, Canadian currency as well as small amounts of magic mushrooms, cocaine, hash oil, and hashish.

Charged are:

Michael Lawrence FENTON (20 yrs) of Fox Creek

1 count of Section 4 CDSA – Possession of Cannabis Marihuana

1 count of Section 4 CDSA – Possession of Cocaine

Patrick Gregroy FENTON (29 yrs) of Fox Creek

1 count of Section 4 CDSA – Possession of Cannabis Resin (Hashish)

1 count of Section 4 CDSA – Possession of Cannabis Resin (Hash Oil)

1 count of Section 4 CDSA – Possession of Cannabis Marihuana

1 count of Section 5(2) CDSA – Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking of Cannabis Marihuana

Both accused are set to appear in Fox Creek Provincial Court on July 23 at 10:00 am.
