Celebrating the Life of Donald Tattersall

Beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend.

TATTERSALL, Donald Neil

(August 15, 1935 – May 24, 2012)

Thursday, May 24, 2012, at the age of 76 years, Donald Neil Tattersall of Stony Plain, Alberta, passed away in Kamloops, British Columbia, with his wife by his side.

Don will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Patricia; son Troy (Dana) of Edson; daughter Trinna of Stony Plain; granddaughters Regan (Chance), Cara and grandson Hunter; brothers Edward (Della), Roy (Betty), Lloyd (Merna), Marvin (Doris), David (Nettie); sisters Fern Meloche and Theresa (Harvey) Watson and numerous brother and sister-in laws, nieces, nephews, family and close friends.  Don was predeceased by his father, Ernest Tattersall, his mother, Mary, and his stepfather, William (Bill) Thirsk.

Don loved hunting, trapping and fishing.

Don and Pat were residents of Fox Creek from 1963 to 1998.

A celebration of Don’s life will be held at the Parkland Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. (3502 – 44 Avenue, Stony Plain, AB).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Edmonton Humane Society or The War Amps.
